Our advanced equipment and skilled technicians ensure accuracy and quality in every metal component we produce. Whether it’s intricate shapes or delicate features, our state-of-the-art fibre laser cutting capabilities can handle it all with high precision.

In addition, our automatic turret punch machine is perfect for producing clean, consistent holes in various thicknesses of metal, making it ideal for frames, housings, and structural components.

We have two Amada fibre laser cutting Machines and two Amada punch machines, capable of processing large amounts of material per week including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium up to 4 meters in length. The latest technology allows the machines to run for days with full automation, selecting materials and stacking finished parts without manual intervention.

We utilise advanced metal bending technology, including three Amada Press Brakes, LVD Ultimate Panel Bending, Salvagini PX4 machines, and an automatic HRB-ATC Amada Press Brake.

Our skilled welders use a range of welding techniques – TIG, MIG, and spot welding – to ensure that every seam is as strong as possible. We offer TIG welding for precise and accurate welds, MIG welding for strong and consistent welds, and spot welding for attaching small components.

Our linishers meticulously grind, blend and polish each join to ensure that the welds for your vending and dispensing systems are not only strong but also visually flawless. This attention to detail ensures that our metal components not only function optimally but also have a professional finish.
